"In-Kind" Needs
Please prepare your in-kind donation to clear Customs. Because Customs officials require a list of items being shipped, it is important to provide this at the time you donate your items. This is especially true for specialty items like medical or dental accessories, which the stateside office staff may not be familiar with. Prepare your donation by boxing like items together.
Note that we cannot accept healthcare supplies with have expired or will expire soon. Complete
this form to receive a tax deductible receipt.
